San Benito Realty has been a family owned and operated real estate brokerage in Hollister CA since Ralph Brigantino established the company in 1959 when he realized a need for a Broker who specialized in farm ground and ranches in California.

San Benito Realty has been involved in the industry ever since and has been operated by Ralph’s sons, Dave and John Brigantino, since 1987. Michael and Gianna Brigantino, both third generation family members, have recently joined the firm. Today we sell all types of properties of real estate in California including: residential, farms/ranches, and commercial/industrial.

Dave Brigantino

My name is Dave Brigantino and I am a lifelong San Benito County resident. I grew up raising apricots, walnuts, and cattle. I attended Palma High School and Hartnell College in Salinas. I started farming with my brother Chris in 1976 raising apricots, walnuts, lettuce, peppers, sugar beets, hay and grains in the county. I became a real estate agent with my father Ralph in 1984 and took over the operation in 1987. Today I operate a sizeable cattle operation and own several farming ranches.

John Brigantino

My name is John Brigantino and I was born and raised in Hollister, CA. I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1990. I attended California Polytechnic State University and received a degree is Mechanized Agriculture. Following Cal Poly, I went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

My name is Michael Brigantino and I am a third-generation Real Estate Broker with San Benito Realty. I was born and raised on our family’s cattle ranch in Hollister, CA and went to San Benito High school. Following high school, I attended California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo and received my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business.

I started working in Real Estate for San Benito Realty in 2012 as a Salesperson and received my Broker’s license in 2015. I have served on the Board of Directors for the San Benito Agricultural Land Trust and now hold an advisory role. I enjoy working and living in San Benito County, it is a special place that I call home.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. I have been lucky enough to travel to five different continents and all over the United States.

Gianna Brigantino
Real Estate Agent

My name is Gianna Brigantino and I am a third-generation real estate professional serving San Benito, Monterey, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz County areas. I was born and raised in Hollister, CA. Growing up here, I was involved in various clubs and committees mostly within the agriculture. Hollister was a wonderful place to grow up and I am very blessed to be able to live and work here still.

After graduation, I was accepted to California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where I learned a great deal of skills that have help make me into the young professional that I am today. In 2017, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and my real estate license and have been working full time with my family every since.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family. I like to travel to new places and volunteer when I can. Currently, I serve on various committees in San Benito and Monterey County including: San Benito County Saddle Horse Show Committee, California Rodeo Salinas Hayward Pavilion Committee and San Benito County Fair Committee. I am also a member of the San Benito County Heritage Foundation.

Anthony Brigantino

My name is Anthony Brigantino and I am a sales associate with San Benito Realty. I was born and raised in San Benito County. I grew up working on my family’s orchards, vineyards, and ranches. I attended San Benito High School and went to California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where I earned my Bachelor of Sciences in Agricultural Business.  I started working with San Benito Realty in March of 2022 following graduation.

During my free time, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. Growing up in this area, I was an avid 4-H and Hollister FFA member. I enjoyed showing livestock throughout my younger years. I am now a committee member for the California Rodeo Salinas and a San Benito County Heritage Foundation member. I look forward to becoming more involved in my community and my county.
