The tenants have received a rent increase letter for $70 dollars per month that will take effect on September 1, 2023. Owner pays all utilities including water, sewer, trash, PGE.  Estimated Expenses for 2022 are $51,866.   It will be up to the Buyer to satisfy themselves as to the actual expenses and current status of the park with the City of Gonzales, HCD or any other governing entity. The age of the park was unknown by the Seller estimated to be around 1960.
